• You must give accurate and complete information when registering.
• A seat in a physical batch is confirmed only after registration and payment are complete.
• Course content, schedules, instructors and batch dates may change. We will tell registered students about any important change in advance.

• All course fees are listed in Nepalese Rupees (Rs.) on our website.
• Fees must be paid in full, or as agreed in writing, before the course starts.
• Discounts and offers are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise.

• You may request a refund within 14 days of enrolment, provided you have not completed a significant part of the course.
• Refund requests must be sent by email, including your name and the course you registered for.
• Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable time using the original payment method, where possible.
• If we cancel a course or batch, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another batch.

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and treat instructors, staff and other students with respect.
• We may suspend or remove any student for misconduct, harassment, cheating or damage to property, without a refund.

Certificates of completion are issued only to students who meet the course requirements, such as attendance, assignments and the final project.

All course materials, videos, documents, logos and website content belong to Zukti Tech or its instructors. They are for your personal learning only and may not be copied, shared, recorded, resold or published without our written permission.

Access to online course content is personal and may not be shared with others. We may suspend access if we find that it is being shared or misused.

We work hard to provide high-quality training, but we do not guarantee any specific job, income or result from completing a course. We are not responsible for any indirect loss arising from the use of our website or services.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be on this page. By continuing to use our website or services after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
